Success for One of My Clients

I want to share with you the recent success of my client Julian.  We started working together about six months ago.  At the time, he had lots of questions about how to start his realty business.  Together, we clarified his “unique abilities” and where his focus would be in the business.  We created his three year vision and 12 month goals.  We crafted his mission statement and wrote his operations manual for his business.  We determined what he needed to delegate and carefully crafted the ad for his office manager.

Within 6 months, he has exceeded all of his 12 month goals!  He has hired top notch agents and an awesome office manager much quicker than he ever thought possible.  His streams of revenue are coming in quickly and, perhaps most importantly, he is running a business he loves in an organized, efficient manner.  Life is good for Julian.

He recently told me that he has stopped bringing work home at night.  Hooray!  This is the ultimate reward for me- helping business owners create and grow profitable businesses, doing what they love, without working all the time.

Why My Client Signed On For a Third Year

It’s heartwarming to me when clients invest in our coaching services a second or even a third year in a row.  It’s the best indicator for me that they know how good the return on their investment is.  And, yes, that matters immensely to me.  I can see it but my real reward is when I know they see it themselves.

In this case, when I asked her why she wanted to return a third year, she said it’s because she knows she needs me to help her expand her vision and figure out her path to get there.  Without our services, she says she would not have had the courage to “get out there” in the ways she needs to.  As a solo entrepreneur, “getting yourself out there” is imperative.  Even if you feel uncomfortable about building your business (as so many do)- there is always a way to do it that is within your comfort zone.  It’s just a matter of brainstorming, evaluating what is working in this economy, setting a plan, and having someone hold you accountable.

Thank you Martha for your third year!  It’s such a joy to work with you and watch as you just get better at what you do and bolder with how you do it.

Client Feedback

Just ended working with a wonderful consultant client who has worked with me for two years.  She has made so much progress with focusing on a better niche, streamlining her business processes, and enjoying her daily work and life more.  What she told me she appreciated more than anything else was getting balance back in her life.  I often assume clients want more money, and sometimes they do, but what I find more often is that they want their lives back.  They want to live their lives on their own terms.  I am so grateful to be able to be a part of this process!

The Power of a Full Day Together

Mark and I just spent an amazing day with a consultant, Dawn Losinger. She is smart, decisive, and eager to get her business rockin! (Our favorite type of client). She is also witty, lots of fun, and shares our vision of success – to create highly profitable businesses that also allow plenty of time to live your values and enjoy your life.

In 6 hours together, we created her core message, unveiled her tagline and unique brand, started her marketing systems, created her programs, and crafted both her 3-Year Business Vision and her 90 day goals.  She left a new woman – ready to take off. (She also just told us, based on our day together, she wants to enroll in a year-long coaching and consulting program with us).

Even though the majority of our clients are established business owners, Mark and I still love helping highly motivated entrepreneurs who want to start new businesses and make them as profitable and efficient as they possibly can be – within the first 12 months.

We also just enjoyed 2 weeks biking, hiking and rafting in Colorado and are on our way to Canada soon with our three kids. I hope you are enjoying your business, your summer, and your lifestyle, as well.
