Yes, these tips do work well with gmail accounts.  One suggestion to answer your question is to create two files- one is &quot;To Do Later Today&quot; and the other is &quot;To Do This Week&quot;.  Then, save 30 min at the end of each day to attend to the &quot;later today&quot; file and save some time on Friday to attend to the &quot;To Do This Week&quot;.  This has worked well for me and for my clients.  Good luck!

I think gmail is really the best tool for all your tips, especially with their new inbox systems. I have it sort my unread emails by whether they&#039;re important or not, so that newsletters and such are further down and I can read them at my leisure.

One thing I still struggle with is a system for saving emails to deal with later. What I&#039;ve been doing is skimming them, then marking them as still unread. That way I know there&#039;s still an action I need to take before I delete/file/whatever.</description>
